2. Membership

Access to the archive is reserved to verified members. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended at the curator's discretion.

3. Content & Provenance

Pieces presented on the platform include curatorial descriptions and provenance notes provided in good faith. OpenArt Curator does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party historical references and recommends independent appraisal before any transaction.

4. Transactions

The current edition of the platform operates as an editorial archive. Inquiries and private sales, when available, are handled directly between members and the curatorial team.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, texts, and curatorial materials are protected. Reproduction without written authorization is forbidden.
